Turkey Curry with Apples

Instructions:

Peel and finely chop onion, ginger and garlic, remove seeds from chili and cut into thin strips.

Fry the turkey meat in 2 portions in hot clarified butter on 3 or possibly automatic cooking zone 12 until hearty. Season with salt and pepper, remove.

Fry the minced onion, garlic and ginger, the chili strips and 2 tbsp. curry in the frying fat (do not get too hot). Extinguish with the chicken soup. Add the meat again and continue to cook with the lid on for 15 minutes on 1 or automatic heat 4 to 5.

Clean spring onions and cut into rings. Rinse apple, quarter, core and cut diagonally into slices. Add both to curry form after 10 min. Season with salt, pepper, 1 pinch sugar and 1 tbsp curry. Stir yogurt with flour, add to meat and let bubble up. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley and offer with long-grain rice.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
