Instructions:

To prepare, cut the turkey meat into fine strips. Finely slice the mushrooms. Roughly chop the onions and garlic.

Heat some oil in a pan, fry the turkey meat in it all around. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm.

Sauté the onion and garlic for about 10 minutes, add the thyme, oregano and rosemary, pour in the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes. Puree the sauce with a hand blender.

Now add the mushrooms, simmer for 5 minutes, then mix in the turkey meat and the crème fraiche and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the turkey with finely chopped parsley and serve with rice.
