Instructions:

For the turkey cutlet, cut the turkey breast into fine strips, season with salt and pepper, fry in a coated pan in canola oil.

Add vegetable soup, stir wholemeal flour with water until smooth, pour in, boil up once and let thicken.

For the mashed potatoes, peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, boil in water for about 15 minutes.

Drain water, heat skim milk, pour to potatoes, mash with a potato masher. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Serve turkey cutlets with mashed potatoes and juice.
