Instructions:

First, wash the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into bite-sized strips.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Wash parsley, shake dry and chop the leaves.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion. Add the meat and fry. Finally, sauté the mushrooms in the pan.

Add soup, season with salt and pepper and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Mix the sour cream with the flour and stir into the meat. Do not let it boil any more.

Serve the Geschnetzelte sprinkled with parsley.
