For the turkey escalope in whiskey sauce, dice the onion and slice the carrots. Salt and pepper the cutlets, coat them in flour and fry them together with the onion cubes in a pan with Ceres or vegetable oil.

Add the carrots and fry them briefly, deglaze with whisky and then add the whipped cream.

Allow the schnitzels to soak briefly in the sauce and serve.
