Season the turkey escalopes to taste and sear briefly on both sides in a frying pan.

Place the cutlets on a baking tray.

Mix breadcrumbs, eggs, crème fraîche, chopped herbs and cheese.

Spread the mixture on the cutlets, preferably with a spoon.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C until the cheese has melted.

Arrange the cutlets and serve with side dishes of your choice.
