For the gratinated turkey fillet, cut the turkey fillet into 1 cm thick slices and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fillet slices in it on both sides for about 1 minute and then place them in an ovenproof dish.

Add the tomatoes and their broth to the pan and pour the wine. Mash the tomatoes carefully and let them boil down for a few minutes. Season with basil, salt and pepper.

Spread the sauce over the fillet slices and grate the cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at 175 °C for 10 – 12 minutes.
