For turkey in sour cream mustard sauce, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, season well with salt, bell pepper, paprika and curry.

Sear in oil until it takes color. Remove the meat from the pan. Pour soup over the meat. Mix sour cream with flour and whisk in with mustard to soup.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and marjoram, add meat again and stew until tender.
