Season the turkey drumsticks with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a heatproof frying pan, brown turkey legs in it all around and take out again. Clean or peel vegetables and cut into ½ cm cubes. Roast vegetables and rosemary in the drippings, place turkey legs again in the roasting pan. Cook in oven heated to 190 °C for approx. 40 min.

Peel avocados, cut in half, remove stone. Cut flesh lengthwise into wedges. Mix the juice of one lemon, balsamic vinegar, onion, oil, salt and pepper to make a marinade. Clean the chicory. Marinate chicory and avocados, arrange decoratively on plates.
