Wash, dry and chop the turkey meat. Peel and coarsely grate the onion.

Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Sauté the onion and the meat over medium heat, then add salt and pepper.

In the meantime, peel the carrots and also grate them coarsely, add them to the meat and continue cooking while stirring.

Pour the gravy into the roasting pan and continue steaming until the carrots are soft.
