Preparation (about 35 min):

Clean peppers, cut into strips. Peel shallots, cut into pieces. Rub zucchini well with kitchen paper, cut in half lengthwise, cut half moons from it. Cut the snow peas and beans into small pieces at the top and bottom, blanch briefly in lightly salted water, drain when cool. Rinse cooled chanterelles, dry.

Cut turkey breast into strips, marinate with chili flakes plucked lemon thyme and a little bit of oil, then fry briefly in a hot frying pan and put aside.

Sauté the peppers and shallots in hot olive oil, add the remaining vegetables and chanterelle mushrooms, sauté and season with salt and pepper. Now pour in veal stock, reduce briefly, add a little savory, stir in the browned meat, season. Serve the dish in a deep dish and garnish with thyme.
