For the turkey pan, season the turkey meat with salt and pepper. Chop the bell bell pepper and the spring onion. Boil and peel the potatoes, then cut into cubes and mix in a bowl with the dill and parsley.

Cut the cooked green beans into smaller pieces as well. Heat the canola oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey meat until hot. Add the potatoes and fry. Finally, add the peppers, green onions and green beans and fry for a while, stirring frequently.

Just before serving, add 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche and mix.
