Instructions:

For the turkey roulade wrapped in bacon, salt and pepper the thinly sliced turkey meat on both sides and fry briefly in the olive oil – butter mixture on both sides (about 1 minute on each side).

Remove the turkey from the pan and allow to cool briefly.

Then spread the meat with cream cheese and place the sage leaves on top. Roll up the meat and wrap it with bacon.

Fry the turkey roll wrapped in bacon on all sides in the pan until golden brown (about 5 minutes in total).
