Instructions:

Make the turkey meat with the ingredients for the clear soup for an hour. Then pour the clear soup through a fine sieve. Dice the onion and sauté in 3 tbsp oil until soft.

Put the meat with the steamed onions through the 4 mm perforated disc of the meat grinder. Mix well with the beef broth and spices using the whisk of a food processor. Fill into screw jars and cook according to instructions.
