Instructions:

For the turkey skewers with rice, wash the vegetables, chop into cubes. Cook or steam the long grain rice in salted water until soft.

Cut the meat into cubes and alternate meat and vegetable cubes on skewers. Brush with oil and grill on broiler. Season the grilled skewers with salt and pepper.

For the sauce, chop the leek into strips, grate the carrots, and sauté both in oil. Add the strained tomatoes, bring to the boil and season with salt, bell pepper, curry, paprika and fresh herbs.

Serve the turkey skewers with rice and the vegetable sauce.
