Instructions:

Peel the onion, cut into fine pieces and sauté briefly in canola oil.

Then cut the peeled pumpkin into small cubes and fry with the onion.

Pour in the beef broth and season to taste. While the pumpkin vegetables simmer for about 15 minutes, prepare the meat.

Rub the cutlets with salt, pepper and a pinch of chicken spice and sear briefly. Then leave to marinate over a low heat.

Once the pumpkin is soft, season with whipped cream and serve the turkey with pumpkin vegetables.
