Instructions:

For the Tyrolean cherry cake with chocolate cream butter, sugar and egg yolks. Add the spices, nuts, flour mixed with baking powder and fold in the snow. At the end, stir in the chocolate.

Pour the batter into a greased large cake springform pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Smooth out and spread cherries evenly on top.

Bake the Tyrolean cherry cake with chocolate in a heated oven at 180-200 °C for approx. 75 minutes.
