For the Tyrolean Pasta and Bacon Casserole, first cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain.

Clean and wash mushrooms and peppers. Halve or quarter mushrooms depending on size, chop peppers. Cut bacon slice into fine strips. Wash and pluck herbs and chop finely, except for some for garnish.

Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms, peppers and finely chopped bacon. Finally, add the chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper. Then mix with the cooked pasta and place in a greased baking dish.

Beat the eggs and milk. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika celery and pour over the pasta. Grate cheese over it. Bake Tyrolean pasta and bacon casserole in preheated oven (convection oven 175 °C) for 30 minutes. Garnish.
