Instructions:

Fry the finely chopped onions in the bacon cubes until translucent. Add grated garlic, paradeis pulp and paprika, as well as pieces of meat cut into thin strips and the likewise cut sour cucumbers and stew for a few minutes until soft. Add the beef broth and make the soup 5 min. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a large enough bowl, sprinkle with capers, put 2 to 3 slices of lemon. Sprinkle chopped dill and parsley on top and pour in the sour cream just before serving.
