Preparation of Calazoon bath: Add the Calazoon powder to 130ml of tap water and dissolve completely. Put the ready Calazoon solution into a small bowl.Preparation of vanilla solution: Dissolve the vanilla pulp with the sugar in 120ml of low calcium mineral water and boil together. Add the Algizoon powder to the hot vanilla solution and dissolve completely. Allow to cool and pour into a dropper bottle.Making the vanilla beads:Drop the cooled vanilla solution into the Calazoon bath to make small round beads. Allow these to gel for about 30 seconds. Then scoop out vanilla beads using the straining spoon and drain on paper towels.Dressing: Arrange vanilla beads on happyspoons or other nice spoons and serve immediately.
