Instructions:

For the vanilla cheesecake, crumble the filled wafers and the caramel chocolate and melt them together with the butter or coconut oil over a water bath.

Pour the melted (base) into a springform pan lined with baking paper and let cool in the refrigerator.

For the filling, mix all ingredients and pour onto the cooled base and bake in the oven on the middle shelf at about 175 °C, 35-40 minutes.

Let the cheesecake cool down. For the topping, spread various fruits on the cake and prepare the cake glaze according to package instructions and pour over it.

You can also omit the topping, the cake tastes great as it is.
