For the vanilla chia pudding with raspberries, mix the vanilla soy milk with the chia seeds. Leave to swell for at least 24 hours.

Set aside one raspberry for decoration. Mash the remaining raspberries with a fork, mix into the vanilla soy chia milk. Decorate with the remaining raspberry.

Sweeten the vanilla chia pudding with raspberries if necessary. However, a mashed banana or some vanilla soy dessert can be stirred in instead.
