Instructions:

Remove Tante Fanny Fresh Puff Pastry from the refrigerator approx. 10 minutes before processing. Preheat oven (hot air) to approx. 210°C.

Prick puff pastry with a fork and bake for approx. 10 minutes. Stir QimiQ Vanilla until smooth, add sugar and fold in whipped cream.

Spread the cream on half of the baked, cooled puff pastry, cover with the second half of the puff pastry and chill for 2-3 hours.

Before serving, cut the cream slice into pieces.
