For the vanilla crescents, first knead all the ingredients for the dough quickly. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Unwrap dough, form thin rolls, cut into pieces about 5 cm long and shape into croissants. Place on the baking tray.

Bake for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven on sight.

Mix the powdered sugar with the vanilla pulp.

Sprinkle the still hot vanilla crescents with the vanilla powdered sugar.
