For the vanilla cupcakes, sift the flour with the baking powder. Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Scrape out the pulp from the vanilla pod and add. Add the oil and milk and mix well. Season with a pinch of salt.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Now add the dry flour and baking powder mixture to the egg mixture and mix well until you have a smooth dough. Stir in the finely chopped chocolate chips.

Fill a muffin tin with paper cups and place on a baking sheet. Divide the cupcake mixture evenly among the cups and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let cool completely before spreading the topping on top. Otherwise, it will melt.

For the vanilla topping, prepare the vanilla pudding according to package directions. Let the pudding cool and then add the butter. Beat the topping with a hand mixer until fluffy. Pour the vanilla topping into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe it onto the cooled cupcake, starting from the outside.

Serve the vanilla cupcakes immediately or chill them in the refrigerator.
