Instructions:

For vanilla flower butter, first cut the vanilla bean lengthwise with a sharp knife and scrape out the pulp.

Roughly dice the butter and place in a mixing bowl together with the vanilla pulp, powdered sugar and blossoms and beat with a mixer until creamy.

Pour vanilla flower butter into ramekins or pipe into decorative “mounds” on a plate using a piping bag. Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
