Instructions:

Remove the skin from the pears, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Remove the peel from one lemon. Boil the lemon peel and the slit vanilla pod in water with sugar. Cook the pears in it for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the juice of the two lemons and cool the pears in the syrup. Defrost the raspberries, pass them through a sieve and add the raspberry brandy. Place two pear halves in each dessert glass, pour raspberry sauce over them. Scrape the vanilla ice cream with a tablespoon, arrange on the pears and bring to the table on the spot.
