For the vanilla pudding with rum raisins, soak the raisins in rum for 1 hour. Then mix the pudding powder in a little milk.

Bring the remaining milk, sweetener and rum raisins to the boil and stir in the mixed custard powder. Bring to the boil once and pour into pudding molds rinsed in cold water. Chill.

Before serving, turn out the vanilla pudding with rum raisins onto plates.
