For the vanilla yogurt, put the yogurt in a large bowl and season with vanilla sugar and the pulp of a vanilla bean. Wash the berries and drain well.

Remove the stalk from the strawberries and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the melon into pieces, remove the seeds and the peel.

Mix everything with the vanilla yogurt and serve.
