Semolina dumpling:








Instructions:

50 min, simply cut meat into 2-3 cm cubes. Cut bacon and onion into small cubes, roast in clarified butter until golden. Add paprika, vinegar and the meat, season with salt and pepper, roast everything together well.

Dust with flour, add water and cook for about half an hour until soft.

For the dumplings:

Bring milk, butter and salt to a boil, pour in semolina, bring to a boil briefly. Stir until the semolina separates from the saucepan, then cool. Add eggs and sliced bread, knead well and form dumplings. Make dumplings in lightly salted water for about 10 minutes.

For the pesto:

Mix all ingredients in a baking bowl, dress with quartered tomatoes and arugula.

Finish the goulash with sour cream and chopped parsley and serve with the dumpling.
