For the veal goulash, first roast the onions in hot fat until golden, paprika and deglaze with a little water. Add the meat and the spices and stew until soft, stirring constantly.

Put the meat in another pot and thicken the juice with cream and flour. Strain over the meat and bring the veal goulash to the table.
