Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Rub roast with salt and pepper, sauté in hot butter with chopped vegetables. Extinguish with hot soup (preferably from veal bones), cook the roast in the oven, basting frequently. At the end season the sauce with lemon or wine.

Serve with homemade pasta and herb salad.
