For the vegan chocolate nut cake, brush the cake pan with oil and dust with flour, then place the pan in the refrigerator.

Mix the flour with the baking powder.

Mix soy milk, sugar and vanilla sugar. Slowly stir in the oil and add the chocolate chips, nuts and finally the flour.

Pour the mixture into the cold pan and bake slowly in an oven preheated to 170 °C top/bottom heat. Cut the cooled chocolate-nut cake in half, fill with jam and glaze.
