For the pear cake, mix the soy flour with the water and mix with margarine, syrup, vanilla sugar, soy yogurt and soy milk.

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and stir into the yogurt mixture. Peel and core the pears, cut into pieces and fold into the batter.

Grease a cake pan, crumble with breadcrumbs and fill with the cake. Bake the vegan pear cake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35 minutes.
