For the vegan spaghetti bolognese, soak the soy granules in the vegetable soup and soy sauce for 10 minutes.

Chop the onion and garlic. Cut tomatoes into small pieces Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until translucent.

Drain soy granules and squeeze lightly. Add garlic and soy granules to the pan and sauté briefly.

Add tomatoes and pour tomato sauce. Season with Italian herbs and simmer for another 10 minutes. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
