For the vegan Tex-Mex bread, wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds and chop finely. Likewise, cut the smoked tofu into small cubes.

Put the flour, bread seasoning, spices and salt in a bowl. Crumble the yeast and dissolve it completely in a little water and mix it together with the water and the flour. The dough should be loose enough that it can still be mixed with a fork, add a little more water if necessary. Now incorporate the beans, corn, chili pepper and smoked tofu into the bread dough. Once everything is well mixed, cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat.

Place the vegan Tex-Mex bread in a bread pan and bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
