For the yeast plait, dissolve the yeast with a tablespoon of sugar in warm soy/oat milk. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl and make a well in the center.

Pour the milk with the yeast into this well. After mixing briefly, add the margarine and mix until you have a smooth, supple dough.

Leave to rest in a warm place for at least half an hour, while preheating the oven to 180 °C.

Then work the dough into a braid and bake for about 25 minutes.
