Instructions:

To make the vegetable loaf with yogurt dip, first grate the vegetables into fine strips, then add the cheese, breadcrumbs and herbs and season with salt, pepper and spices. Mix everything well.

Then add the egg and mix again. Then form 2 loaves (or as many as you like) and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes.

For the dip, put yogurt in a bowl and add herbs and salt as needed.
