Peel carrots, kohlrabi and onions. Cut carrots and kohlrabi into strips. Chop onions. Rinse celery and cut into slices. Heat the fat. Roast minced meat in it. Add onions, prepared vegetables, tomatoes and juice. Season everything with spices and sauce and steam for another 25 minutes with the lid closed.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all of a good dish!
