Instructions:

Remove the skin from the onions and cut them into rings. Clean, rinse and quarter the mushrooms. Drip everything.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté onions and mushrooms in it. Add hominy and season. Beat egg and fry on top of vegetables. Bring milk, water and salt (if indicated on the package) to a boil. Mix in flake puree, swell for 1 minute, stir.

Season with nutmeg. Rinse chives, cut into rolls. Sprinkle over egg. Arrange everything.
