Try this delicious pasta dish:

For 2 round pizzas (0 20 cm).

Put all the ingredients for the pizza dough in a wide bowl, mix with a mixer for 5 min to make a smooth yeast dough. Preheat the oven to 50 °C for 5 min, turn it off, let the covered dough rise in the oven for 15 min.

Heat oil in a saucepan on 3 or automatic cooking plate 4-5, add chopped onion and garlic clove until translucent, quartered, peeled tomatoes and paradeis pulp, cook on 1 or automatic cooking plate 4-5 in an open saucepan for about half an hour, season. Then cool down.

Cut the zucchini into fine strips, the melanzani into slices and the peppers into rings.
