Instructions:

Rinse and clean the vegetables and cut into tender strips. Heat the butter. Sauté the vegetables and the poppy seeds, turning to the other side. Extinguish with whipping cream, simmer for 10 minutes and season.

Rinse the fish, dry it and roast it in the hot oil on both sides for 5 min. each. Serve together with the vegetable-poppy seed sauce.
