For the vegetable and potato casserole, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roughly dice the peppers, parmesan and cheese. Whisk the curd with the egg and season with pepper and salt.

Add the parmesan, cheese and paprika and mix everything well. Pour into a baking dish and bake the vegetable and curd casserole at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
