Instructions:

Make potatoes in their skins in about 20 min. Peel and grate the potatoes.

Knead together with butter, semolina and eggs. Season well. Shortly cook the slices of carrot and the leek rings in a little water, drain and mix with the sour whipped cream and the cheese (cut or grated). Also season well.

Spread the potato dough evenly in a greased tart springform pan. Pour the vegetable-cheese mixture on top. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 1 hour.

A little elaborate, but also to warm up!!!
