(*) As desired, e.g. dill, chives, parsley, rosemary, oregano * Rinse and clean the vegetables, cut them into coarse pieces and boil them in water in a large saucepan. Stew gently in the closed saucepan for 2 hours.

* Add fresh kitchen herbs and spices in the last 10 min.

* Cool and drain the stock.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
