Instructions:

For the vegetable yogurt quiche, first prepare the dough.

For the dough, knead flour, yogurt, butter and salt into a smooth dough ball and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

While the dough is resting, for the topping, chop mushrooms, tomatoes and onion and sauté in oil. Season with thyme, salt and pepper.

Now roll out the dough and line a buttered quiche dish (approx.25 cm DM) with crumbs, prick the bottom with a fork.

Now spread the steamed vegetables on the dough.

For the glaze, mix eggs, yogurt a large part of the cheese and mace and pour over the vegetables.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the quiche at the end. Bake the vegetable-yogurt quiche in a hot-air oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
