Finely slice the de-stemmed zucchini. Finely dice the peeled onion. Peel and finely crush the garlic. Peel and thinly slice the carrots. Remove the seeds from the halved bell pepper and dice it.

Heat the oil and fry the onion cubes lightly, then add the zucchini slices and fry for a few minutes. Stir in the rest of the vegetables and the garlic.

Pour the vegetable mixture into a baking dish. Mix the vegetable soup with the wild garlic paste, salt, pepper, cottage cheese cubes and the starch flour and pour over the vegetables.

Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
