Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Mix venison with onions and egg, season. Shape the quantity into flat pojarski and turn them in the breadcrumbs to the other side. Roast pojarski in butter, they may still be pink inside. Remove from frying pan and put on heat.

Remove fat, add butter to hot frying pan and fry onions briefly. Briefly toss the mushrooms in it and extinguish with cognac. Add gravy. Let it boil briefly and fill up with cream, thicken the sauce slightly, season and add to the pojarski.
