For the Viennese pizza, place the dough (ready-made or homemade) on the greased or parchment paper baking sheet, flour it and roll it out to the size of the sheet.

Spread to the edges (so there are no dry, bland tasting pieces) with pizza sauce (ready or prepared). Sprinkle on grams not too thinly, pressing them in lightly.

Sprinkle the grated cheese (type and quantity to taste). Put the tray in the preheated oven (top and bottom heat, 220 degrees) and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the baking degree (cheese only melted to browned).
