For the Viennese potato salad cook the potatoes unpeeled, from the moment the water boils it takes 20 minutes. Dice the onion very finely. Put all the ingredients for the marinade in a well-sealed cup and shake very well.

Pierce finished potatoes with a pointed knife and lift up by it, if the potato slips from the knife, it is cooked. Drain the potatoes and rinse with ice-cold water, then peel and slice them, pour the marinade over them. Stir and serve the Viennese potato salad.
